After his training, Grant taught Vinyasa yoga in San Francisco for a year and a half and helped educate other teachers-in-training. In May of 2015 he again attended the same yogic event in Southern California. Three days after he made another decision in favor of a spiritual path but this time on a larger scale.
In September 2015, Grant quit his day job in San Francisco and travelled to India on a spiritual pilgrimage. He backpacked across northern India for three months from the river Ganges to the Himalayas. While abroad he studied Bhakti Yoga and Kirtan chanting in India's yoga capital, Rishikesh. He also studied Buddhist meditation in McLeod Ganj at the Dalai Lama's temple and refuge.
Grant now returns to his roots in Arizona. He continues his yogic education with the Anahata Studio as both a Yin Yoga teacher and a Kundalini teacher-in-training. He is passionate about the alchemy of sound and plans to expand his ability heal with sound with crystal singing bowls, gongs and hang drums.
