Ajeetdev Kaur first found herself at home within the teachings of Yogi Bhajan in 2009 through the guidance of her teacher, Sevak Singh. She is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, and a contributing writer for the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI).
While trying to balance a healthy work and home life, Ajeetdev found the technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as a valuable tool to help manage the stress that comes with the everyday grind. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

In this class you will focus on breath (pranayama), physical movement (asana), chanting (mantra) and meditation.
