I took my first yoga class in the summer of 2013 and fell in love instantly. I was recovering from a protein deficiency at the time, but found so much inspiration and healing through the practice and the people that I had the opportunity to meet. With yoga in my life my physical, mental, and emotional health all continue to improve as I experience love, compassion, adventure, fantastic happenings, and incredible people!
I began working at ANAHATA in May 2014 and have continued to deepen my healing and yogic studies with sound healing and Kundalini Yoga added to my practice.
I received gong training and advanced crystal alchemy singing bowl training through Sevak Singh and Amarjot Kaur, and love the harmonic sounds and frequencies of the gongs and crystal singing bowls.
I completed Kundalini Yoga Level 1 Teacher Training in 2016, and I look forward to continuing my growth.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
Yoga is a spiritual practice yoking the body, the mind, and the spirit. Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, delivers you to YOU by clearing and balancing the chakras while building strength and releasing the energy located at the base of your spine. In this class you will focus on breath (pranayama), physical movement (asana), chanting (mantra) and meditation.
Kundalini yoga is the pathway to a happy and healthy life through balancing the blood and brain chemistry, and creating a flow of feel-good hormones in the body. Meditation brings us to state of peace by connecting to the divine within. Ancient technologies for modern times!
