Frank (Seva Narayan Singh) Kee

Frank (Sevak Narayan) is a Level 1 200 hour certified KRI & YA Kundalini Yoga instructor and studied under Sevak Singh Khalsa. He is currently taking Level 2 training and has taken over 200+ hours of additional class time with various Kundalini instructors around the country and over 100+ hours of class time in other yoga styles. He has a keen interest in the natural healing modalities and has practiced and taken classes in Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Thai Message, Sat Rayasan, and is certified in Reiki. He was also a Quantum Touch Instructor having taught in USA, New Zealand, and Australia. In addition Frank has extensively studied martial arts and other meditation styles. In past years he has lived & worked overseas as an expat employed in the technical field. A seasoned world traveler he has had the good fortune to have visited 60 international countries some of which were done by bicycle touring. A passionate believer in the subtle arts he is now taking a keen interest in sound healing having training with singing bowls and gongs. His spiritual name “Seva” means to serve and “Narayan” means in clear consciousness or light. Frank’s motto is to spread the love and bring more compassion, balance, and peace to the planet.

Andrew (Bhagat Gian) Huvaere

Andrew Huvaere (Bhagat Gian Singh) initiated his yogic journey 2013 after experiencing a spontaneous kundalini awakening. Since that day, Andrew has been devoted to his studies in the yogic sciences and the holistic healing arts. His spiritual journey started out with studying Zen Buddhism, mindfulness meditation and practicing vinyasa yoga. In 2014, Andrew had the pleasure of experiencing kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for the first time which blessed him with a life changing moment. He experienced the transformational power that kundalini yoga had to offer and listened to his inner calling to further explore this ancient technology in more depth.

In 2015, Andrew understood his true potential could be realized through a regular practice of kundalini yoga and sought a space that offered these teachings which led him to Anahata Sound & Energy healing studio. The community Andrew found at Anahata was exactly what he had been seeking for since he embarked on his yogic journey. The healing space that Anahata had created as well as the individuals that gave Anahata it's unique personality brought forth this sense of feeling at "home". Andrew immediately enrolled into Kundalini yoga teacher training and began his path of Self-Mastery with guidance from his teacher Sevak Singh.

Andrew is now teaching Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan a few classes per week throughout the valley. He is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner who has also been trained in sound healing through the vibrations of the gong. He is forever a student of life as he is constantly studying, learning, experiencing and practicing other modalities that compliment his journey. Andrew has embodied quite the transformation since initiating his path just a few years ago. He has overcome many self debilitating habits and unfortunate circumstances to rise anew like a phoenix from the ashes. Andrew is committed to holding space and serving his community so that they too may transform themselves towards their highest potential.

Banidev Kaur

Banidev Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Occupational Therapist, and Personal Trainer. Her personal discovery of Kundalini Yoga began in 2014 when she met her teacher, Sevak Singh Khalsa, at Anahata Yoga, Sound and Energy Healing. She has completed Level 2 Conscious Communication and continues to embark on Level 2 training modules. A caring and down-to-earth teacher, she is dedicated to delivering the powerful yogic technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to all students of various levels and abilities.

Sevak Singh

Sevak Singh has studied, practiced, and taught the yogic sciences for over 4 decades. He is a senior IKYTA and Yoga Alliance teacher who has dedicated his life to exploring, enjoying, and sharing the wonder of being fully human. Sevak Singh teaches globally and has trained and guided student teachers for 30 plus years. Sevak Singh’s students and their students now serve humanity all around the world. Sevak Singh studied personally with Master yogi and Mahan Tantric, Yogi Bhajan for 33 years until his death.
As a teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Laya Yoga, Naad Yoga, Humanology and the science of sound among other disciplines, Sevak Singh has a rare gift in explaining and exposing the reality within our reality. His classes are highly acclaimed and often standing room only.
Sevak lives by his saying, “Remain a student forever and mastery comes through sharing your experience while teaching”.

Narsingh Kaur Khalsa

Narsingh Kaur Khalsa was born into a 3HO ashram in New Jersey. She started teaching her first yoga class with her parents as a child in the Ashram. From there she went to India and attended the 3HO boarding school founded by Yogi Bhajan. While there, she practiced Yoga and Meditation as part of her daily routine. After graduating school in India, she moved to Espanola, New Mexico and worked several years directly under the tutelage of Yogi Bhajan as part of his secretary staff-in-training. During that time she traveled with Yogi Bhajan and participated in all his workshops at different Yoga centers and ashrams around the globe.
Narsingh Kaur comes in with a wealth of knowledge regarding 3HO, Kundalini Yoga, Sikh Dharma, Holistic pregnancy & birth, and raising conscious Yogic children.
Narsingh is a Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor working on becoming a teacher trainer for KRI
She is also a Waldorf teacher trainer, DONA doula, Bradley method childbirth Educator and Mandala Yoga instructor.
Narsingh KK is also an Author/ illustrator and has published a children’s book called RAAM The Adventures of Raam and Friends.
Yoga is a spiritual practice yoking the body, the mind, and the spirit. Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, delivers you to YOU by clearing and balancing the chakras while building strength and releasing the energy located at the base of your spine. In this class you will focus on breath (pranayama), physical movement (asana), chanting (mantra) and meditation.
Kundalini yoga is the pathway to a happy and healthy life through balancing the blood and brain chemistry, and creating a flow of feel-good hormones in the body. Meditation brings us to state of peace by connecting to the divine within. Ancient technologies for modern times!
