About Deb Althoff, RYT-200 and Mandala Meditation Guide:
Deb brings a joyful and lighthearted approach to her teaching practice. A lifelong artist, she enjoys combining yoga and mandala art to help her students celebrate their own unique nature in body movement and artistic expression. Deb received her 200-hour teacher certification and 300-hour Healing Emphasis Yoga (therapy) training through Inner Vision Yoga.
Mandalas combine the benefits of a regular meditation practice, art therapy and color therapy. When we draw and color our own mandalas, we enter a sacred space for relaxation and healing on a deep level. Attend this Mandala Meditations Workshopand discover the creative and meditative vibe that comes from drawing your own mandala.

This fun, two-hour mandala workshop includes:
· A gentle/restorative yoga practice – beginners and seasoned yogis welcome
· Exploration on the history and significance of mandalas
· A mandala template and instructions to create your own mandalas
· Art supplies for drawing and coloring mandalas
