Vinyasa Flow

This class is taught by:

Patricia Vamos

Patricia Vamos has been joyfully practicing & teaching yoga for almost 20 years. With training in a variety of styles of yoga, her upbeat classes are largely based on the strong & fluid Astanga tradition with extra attention to opening the heart through alignment, breath & the meditative part of the practice. She loves adapting her style to be accessible to all levels of students. One of her favorite things about teaching yoga is introducing newer students to the practice. She finds great joy in assisting newcomers as they begin their own personal journeys on the path of yoga.

Anton Mackey

I began my yoga journey in search of stress relief. What I found has become the greatest passion of my life!

I completed my 200hr teacher training program in 2009 at At One Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona. I teach public classes, private 1 on 1 sessions and workshops at multiple studios in the valley, and am most passionate about teaching/creating Yoga For A Cause events (charity based community classes). I am E-RYT 200 and teach for several 200hr Teacher Training programs, with a focus on yoga anatomy. I guest teach at studios and festivals throughout the nation (including Wanderlust) and lead yoga retreats around the globe.
I believe Yoga is a transformational practice that encourages us to look inward to create a deeper connection to our soul, leading to a more healthy and happy life. I love to read about different mystical traditions, religions, and spiritual practices as well as deepen my understanding of the energetic and anatomical body.
My personal spiritual practice is an ever expanding understanding of myself and my place in this amazing universe.

My classes are a challenging blend of feminine flow with masculine power, infused with light-hearted spirituality designed to inspire students to be their highest selves.

You will find mindful sequences and tricky transitions that move with the breath and music as well as detailed instruction on anatomical alignment (inspired by my degree in Anatomy & Physiology from Arizona State University, and my Strength & Conditioning Specialist Certification).

You can expect core exercises, arm balances and inversions, deep stretches, hands on adjustments, and insightful pointers to apply to your practice.

Katie Tina Malinovic

"What is done in love is done well."

Katherine Tina (Katie) is a teacher that believes in teaching from the heart. (Anahata)
She believes that yoga isn't something that we just do, but that yoga is something we are.
Katherine received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification in 2013 shortly after beginning her own physical practice in 2011 soon after the birth of her second son.
Katherine is a mother to her two little (not-so-little anymore) blessed boys ages 9 and 7, with whom her world revolves around.
Katherine incorporates the beautiful balance between breath and body, heart and head. She tries to teach what the practice of yoga has taught her, as it connects her deeply therefore creating a stronger connection to feeling more and thinking less. She lives by the idea that we are all born from love, and love is that of our truest nature, it is who we are at our soul level. If we can all connect to that love in which we are made, share it, teach it, and live it; we can connect this world back to its root, more love and less fear. More feeling and less thinking. Katherine also incorporates the strong influence of the astrological world into her teaching; "we live by the sun and we love by the moon." She has a knowledge and a passion in connecting the yoga world to the astrological world as there is no separation. To conclude, she believes in the power of a healing hand and a transformative touch, as she combines and connects all aspects of her teaching by incorporating the power and passion of music and mantra, soul and sound.

"From My Heart To Yours."

A fun and invigorating yoga class, based on linking movement with breath. An energizing flow infused with sun salutations, standing postures and some of the more basic arm balances, inversions and backbends. The teachers keep these classes lively with music and new and interesting postures; no two classes are the same! All stages of the posture are explained so that all levels feel welcome.
