Upon leaving South Korea, she and her husband moved to Arizona where the
opportunity to blend her love of yoga with her passion for teaching presented itself. With the support of her family, friends, mentors, and students, Veda completed Yoga Teacher Training and is now an E-RYT at the 200-hour level and an RYT at the 500-hour
level with a focus on Anusara® yoga. She continues to expand her knowledge of yoga by constantly attending additional training and workshop classes, most recently she is pursuing another 200-hour training certification in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®.
Veda enjoys teaching people of all ages and levels of ability. She aspires
to continue sharing her love of yoga, meditation, health, and life with others, and most importantly, hopes to teach people to have self-compassion through yoga.

Vanessa’s introduction to yoga was in 1998 with Carlin Sikes (BKS Iyengar) at Scottsdale Community College. In 2005 she met Marivic Wrobel, who inspired and encouraged her to continue practicing. Vanessa’s desire for stability and fulfilling a need for peace drove her to enroll in At One Teacher Training, completing a 200 Hour YTT Certification in 2014.
Thanks to Yoga Vanessa has been able to change the course of her life. Yoga has taught her to accept and adapt to where she has been and be prepared for the new challenges ahead. Her journey is an example of some of the toughest lessons in life, but with love and support she was able to transform herself. Much like the lotus blossom that proves its strength and stamina from which it comes, her spiritual rejuvenation and courage to stay healthy will help her give to others, follow her calling and love herself.

Rasoul has been teaching yoga for 14 years. With 20 years experience in self defense, he is a 3rd degree black belt in Kung Fu and a royal Korean martial art called Kuk Sool Won. Rasoul comes to us with a strong background in alignment based Yoga, and is a certified Pilates instructor. He holds a certificate in Thai Yoga body work from the Arizona Institute of Thai Massage. Rasoul is currently the lead teacher at ASU’s yoga program. With love and passion for safe and proper alignment, body awareness and explaining every pose with props,it makes his classes available to everyone!! Hel has been instructing Wall Yoga for over 5 years to yoga teachers. Rasoul also teaches yoga and Tai Chi/Chi Gung on Persian TV weekly. Author and creator of eighty Yoga and Tai Chi DVDs suited for practitioners of various levels from beginners to advance!
